Golden Pond is the largest home in our Out Back Collection. It shares a similar floorplan with our Fox Den and Bobcat Ridge but has more square footage along with a rear dormer. It has log porch rafters on the rear porch with the front porch conventionally framed with a flat ceiling and decorative half-log truss to keep this home modestly priced.
On the inside you'll find a bedroom and bathroom with room for a stack washer & dryer on the main floor bath. The majority of interior walls are full log and the 2nd floor system has full log floor joists. We're sure you'll enjoy each and every day in your "Golden Pond".
